Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on site at 560 Mason Street on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., to establish setbacks for the construction of a single family dwelling on a non-conforming lot of record to be known as 560 Mason Street and more specifically referred to as Tax Map Number 107D2-(6)-L15. After the site visit, the meeting will conclude in the Council Chambers of the Dayton Municipal Building located at 125 Eastview Street, Dayton, Virginia. All interested parties are welcome to attend in person. Individuals who do not wish to attend but would like to participate may submit written comments to chall@daytonva.us. More information may be found on the Town’s website at daytonva.us or by calling 540-879-2241. This will be the only agenda item at this meeting.
