Celebrate the holidays in the Town of Dayton, VA! 

Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

POSTPONED Until Saturday, December 9 to immediately follow the Christmas Parade.

Original date: Friday, December 1, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Dove Park

Kick off your holiday season with us at the Town Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony! Santa will be back at his Workshop, and we will have hot chocolate on hand!!! It will be a fun time cheering in the season! Wilbur Pence Middle School Choir and Band will be performing and leading us in singing some familiar Christmas carols!

Christmas Parade

Saturday, December 9 at 10:00 am

Lineup begins at 9 am at Town Hall. Parade route: Begins at the Town Hall, left onto Eastview Street, right onto Thompson Street, left onto Main Street, left onto College Street and ends at Dove Park.
