Water & Sewer

A deposit of $75.00 is required for customers renting an apartment or house. The deposit is to be paid before water and sewer service is connected. Upon termination of water service, the deposit will be applied to the final billing and the difference will be billed or refunded to the customer. No deposit is required for customers owning or buying a home. The Treasurer’s Office is to be notified as soon as possible for water and sewer connection or disconnection.
